Charles has more than 15 years’ experience in managing and consulting with companies.

Currently he is a Master Coach certified by ICC and a Master Facilitator. In his capacity, he facilitates workshops, coaches and develops many top executives. He has facilitated in more than 50 organisations over the years.

Dr Charles Png has been recognised as the go-to expert for leadership development, facilitation and is a values driven individual. A pioneer and innovator, he is also known for his creative and innovative solutions for his clients. Reflecting his variety of passions, his clients come from varied industries – oil and gas, trading, HR, utilities, insurance, IT and education – from Singapore to Myanmar.

He has held leadership roles in international schools and in the media industry and specialist leadership positions in higher education. A solutions-focussed coach, he helps clients to problem solve and creates sustainable value for themselves and their organisations.

Qualifications and Accreditations

Dr Charles Png has been an executive coach since 2005. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and an MBA Adelaide, BA (Hons) in History from the National University of Singapore and post graduate diplomas in teaching, IT and Adult Continuing Education. He is a certified Scrum Master, PMI- ACP and is a certified Organisational Development facilitator.

He coaches clients using the techniques acquired as a Master Coach with BCI. He also has coaching certifications with the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred coaching and conducts the Heart of Coaching workshops by Thomas Crane for organisations. He is also an accredited NCDA instructor and is GCDF certified.

An expert in leadership development and transformational coaching, Charles holds certifications in more than 50 leadership and development programmes and actively facilitates large groups in programmes from the top leadership gurus – John Maxwell, Ken Blanchard, Robin Sharma and Marcus Buckingham.
